I had a horrible experience with the Allstate corporate offices and online quoting system. I agreed to an online rate and then a few days later was sent a bill for $500.00 more with no explanation from the corporate office as to why. I canceled and just wanted my money back. Or at least a portion of it. A few days later an $80.00 bill from Allstate showed up.I'd been communicating with Kari throughout this whole process and she was doing everything in her power for me. Scott reached out to me and went above and beyond for me even though I was no longer an allstate customer. He was able to help me come up with a solution I was more than happy with and tackled my problem when the people at corporate did nothing but spew policy at me. They restored my faith in allstate. I highly recommend Scott and his staff and would return to them in the future. If you need insurance go through this agent. Don't bother with corporate!
