These agents are bogus and know nothing about insurance....NOTHING!!!!!! I gave it one star only so it would post. DO NOT buy insurance from these people. Horrible customer service and absolutely no knowledge of the products they sell. When I had a complaint, Mary Rose just left me on hold each time I called. Very unprofessional. I'm going to report this office and it's practices to the Maryland Insurance Administration.
