The Gomez Agency is always available and has the answers I need. And they know I call with questions all the time! In the era of big companies it is nice to know you can still get personalized service from an agency who understands all the products and with a family feel. Our family has been with the same office since well before Chelsea's dad ran it and they give me no reason to change

So far I am very happy with my New insurance agent. It is a family run business been around decades. I remember when their father started in their location.

Pretty good service until you leave them. What I noticed with Allstate (Gomez Insurance) is they gave me a good teaser rate for the 1st year. Subsequently every year my policy went up (2nd & 3rd years weren't that bad) so I decided to stay with them. 4th year was a sizable increase (still stayed with them) 5th year escalation was so enormous that I decided to shop around. Within an hour search I found another company that was $330.00 less a year (same coverage) How come is it that my automobile get's older, yet my rate keeps climbing? Here's the kicker. Once I decided to pull the trigger & leave Gomez Insurance, I received a bill for $25.00 in the mail. For what? I already paid my former policy in full. I decided no way I'm I paying this even though it's such a minuscule amount. Before closure of my review, it get's even better! Last night I received a call from a collection agency for (you guessed it) $25.00! I simply said to the gentleman "Good Luck with That" For a man in his early 50's & with a credit score a notch below 900 you'll never, ever see that money or my business again.
