I was in an accident and called my agent. I felt like I had bothered her. I was hit from the back. When I went to explain, she rudely interrupted. Offered absolutely no assistance. If I have to purchase a new car, Allstate will not be my choice.

Very rude and ignorant staff to my Mother. She addressed Cheryl about this issue and nothing was done!!! They better be glad it was my mother and not me!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY!!!

Very professional and courteous staff. My agent Cheryl Kirkland helps me get great rates and always provides me with very knowledgeable advice. I own a small business and Cheryl has been instrumental in helping me get the various coverages that I needed as well as helping me prepare for "what ifs".
