Called this agency "my primary agency" to change my registration to a new vehicle, they told me to bring it in for an inspection, presumably so they can upsell me on other insurance, i told them ive done this before and it has never required an inspection. I called a different allstate agent to get it done over the phone, quick and easy, when i called them back to tell them this they changed their tune real quick, simple transaction managed dishonestly, going to change my allstate agent to a different rep.
