Had a leaking drain in my house when I first bought it, they refused to cover it because their was mold. This company has no integrity they will take your money with little hesitation but when its time for them to pay they wont.

I HAD allstate as my condo and car insurance. My upstairs neighbor had multiple water leaks which caused damage to the interior of my unit. When I reported it to allstate they told me the condo association was responsible. The condo association told me it was a dispute between home owners. The home owner at fault insurance would not cover it. At this point a reputable insurance company would pay for the repairs and go after the person at fault. Allstate did nothing and refused to cover the damages. I almost sued them for 'bad faith' but I would have ended up paying more in legal fees than the cost of the damage. Also despite not actually paying anything for the damages to my unit each instance of water damage counted as a claim. I canceled my allstate insurance shortly after and will continue to advise anyone seeking insurance to look elsewhere.
