Don was very pleasant, courteous and had a great knowledge of the auto insurance I was interested in. I felt no pressure to purchase any insurance, however, that was my purpose in going to his office so I did purchase a policy at that time.

It was such an improved experience in comparison to what I received from other insurance agencies. Don was incredibly informative and made sure everything was laid out clearly for me instead of trying to rush me into making a decision. You could tell that he cared about getting me the policy that worked best for me instead of making a quick buck. I feel really good about what I ended up with.
