Seem to always get a call from the office with wanting proof of this or proof of that ever since my 2 claims, which by the way neither were my fault. When I return the call, all I receive is rudeness, interruptions while you are speaking and dealing with this for the 4th time I’m ready to go elsewhere. My policy renewal is in December, if there was an issue or questions or even concerns way wouldn’t they address them prior or during renewal period???? I feel the issues and questions with concerns, should have been asked years ago when they were added to my policy or at least during renewal.
