as of this coming Tuesday, 6/27/17 i am leaving to go to the General. i have tried to work with fahrney Allstate but its impossible. instead of a break for two car discount my insurance policy shot UP almost a hundred dollars extra a moth, and I never, ever got a straight answer to my problems.

Misled by the Agent there! After 5 hours dealing with sales, and finance personnel by the time I was ready to leave, I was told I couldn't take the new vehicle without purchasing insurance. I had insurance on my trade-in which would have covered the new vehicle.

Terrible customer service! The employees there will not give you a straight answer! They find ways to explain your policy but does not make sense. You guys need training!
