When I moved, George could not get my payments straight. My policy was cancelled two months in a row because I was told the payments were taken care of and yet they were not. The third month, after a payment was finally taken out, a week late, I cancelled. George was always a very nice person, but he failed to do his job several times. For a policy twice as expensive as most others, I expect customer service to match what I pay (or try to pay for).
