WOW. Terrible. We chose to use this agency after relocating back to Roanoke after my husband completed his medical residency in Michigan due to my deceased grandparents' business with this agency. This Allstate branch has not only cost my husband and me thousands of dollars because of their mistakes and they also had terrible customer service by not contacting us after our bank contacted them with the issues. We have continued to reach out to Mr. Gillispe himself concerning our issues and he has not returned our phone calls. I do not recommend this insurance agency to any new comers to the area or to people that have lived in Roanoke their whole lives. I have lost all confidence in Mr. Gillispe and his subordiance (except Summer, she has fixed all of our problems) and am looking for another agency to transfer my accounts to. -Dr. and Mrs. Patrick Robertson
