Communication has not been acheived with this company. I had an medical emergency that landed me in the hospital for a lengthy stay. They assisted me in the gap of payment for my insurance payment. After my hospital stay and I returned to work, I paid everything up to date and set up automatic payments to continue on coverage. A month later I get an email stating that my coverage was canceled due to non payment!?!? After how many years of good standing, even paying a "accident fee" for 2 years, that I wasn't aware of and why do we pay insurance premiums to be charged accident fees if you have and accident? And then to be canceled without notice. Now today, again, without any communication from Daniel and his staff I received a collection notice. I called the office and I am in disbelief that I still owe something to this company after they canceled me without notice. Just read the fine print with this company and hopefully you don't experience the disappointment that I have.***In response to the owner, I paid everything up to date after my hospital stay, the charges due is for the new policy and the billing was not set up accurately for automatic payments. Again, the amount due is not from my hospital stay, it's from the new year policy. Please accept responsibility for the mistake and continue to make improvements for your customers, everybody makes mistakes. Your mistake caused some problems and stress in my life but I have recovered from them and have moved on. I hope that you learn from this error and I hope that it doesnt happen to future customers. I'm sorry this didnt work out as well, I was a customer for a few years now.
