I didn't receive the verification papers for my vehicles and wen changing to a different company was charged 10% of yearly cost without having coverage from them.

We used AAA for years. The best decision we ever made was switching to Allstate. They work with us ever time on home and auto to give us exactly what we need or can afford. The accident forgiveness is A1. And, customer service is always nice and helpful. Never once have I ever spoken to a machine. Thanks guys for being with us through the years
