We have had our insurance with Allstate for 40 years and with this agency for 15 and they have treated us courteously each time. We have never had any trouble collecting on claims, and the reimbursement amount has been fair. they have never pushed any unnecessary products on us. My family and I are grateful for the helpful service we get from Jacob Group Agency.

Absolutely awful service. Cancelled my insurance and payment was still taken from my account. Purchased insurance from Geico instead and this branch refused to give me a refund even though I cancelled one day prior to a new billing period. If you value your money and don’t like being stolen from or taken advantage of, I would avoid this awful agency at all costs. Awful customer service and awful ethics. Steer clear.

I've had great experience with the Jacob group and Allstate as a whole. I've been a customer since 2013 and I have both auto and life insurance through them. Their rates are very competitive. Their agents are professional, I will definitely recommend them.
