ARE YOU KIDDING ME???!?!My policy was cancelled although Allstate has collected payments from me and telling me that everything is fine. I just got a letter in the mail telling me that my policy was cancelled nearly 3 weeks ago!!!! LIZA SEVILLA AT THE PLEASANT HILL OFFICE IS AT FAULT!!!I’ve been driving uninsured for weeks. I can’t believe it!!!

Jayne and her staff always go above and beyond every time I need help with my policies. Liza returned my call promptly when I was confused on how to handle my auto accident and held my hand through the entire process. :)

I’ve been with allstate or with this agent Jayne Oertwig for few years now and i am very satisfied and happy with the service until this situation comes.I’ve Cancel my automatic payments with no hassles.When i’m about to put back my automatic payment for the next month,they added 1 month advance on top of my monthly premium.I was very upset and dismayed so i called this agent,call the 800 number and even talked to the billing manager.I’m asking them if i can just pay the regular premium because its not on my budget to pay the advance premium but they didn’t do nothing.Their explanation was;because i remove the automatic payment i have to pay 1 month advance because of california guidelines.I did some research and i can’t find such guidelines and i am not sure if they just made it up or just allstate guidelines.No one inform me in this office or even on my policy that if i remove my automatic payment i have to pay 1 month advance.A simple matter that they can’t fix for a customer whose been paying on time,no accident or anything and i even refer a friend to them without asking anything.I believe they should give me a referral fee or maybe a THaNk you card at least !!!I will be terminating my insurance with them ASAP.Mad customer here,Frauline Parra
