I have my home and auto with Jeff and every claim I have had is a breeze. Jeff is a for the customer kind of agent and does everything he can to get you the best rates, coverage, and result for your claims. He is a master at navigating the system, and has helped me numerous times when I didn’t know a solution. Jeff has integrity as well; he has never tried to up-sell for coverage that isn’t necessary, but sends a friendly notification if there is coverage or a program that he thinks could be beneficial. Jeff is a true professional and is the best at his craft, when something big happens he is the exact person you want to make yo first call to. I highly recommend Jeff Zulfer!

My most recent experience regarding insurance needs and Allstate support is probably the best example of how well Jeff Zulfer and Allstate have served me and my family. Recent severe weather damaged my home. After the storm, I call Jeff Zulfer guidance in getting assistance from Allstate for repairs to my home. He immediately got a claim started for me, instructed me on how to contact my claim support team which ultimately resulted in my receiving payment for necessary home repairs in less than 3 weeks. This just one example of how Jeff Zulfer and his office have served me and my family for over 30 years. When I have any insurance needs or questions, I think first of Jeff Zulfer.

Jeff is great! Easy to communicate things to, understands and is quick & professional. Always has been a pleasure. I even send him pictures of our animals and such. Now how many customers do things liker that? Enough said? Jeff is one of us and treats me like family. Jeff - What's for supper?
