I love the experience with Allstate INS--Jeffery Torrice Group cause they gave me a good and fair price for INS on my house and they always gave me an answer when I called in to ask them anything.

We unfortunately had a tree come down unexpectedly in our yard just a couple months after we moved in and secured Allstate as our provider. They have been incredibly helpful throughout the process and have relatively easy to work with. Our home is older so we've had to go through the process of getting custom quotes for replacement to the damage and they have been very patient and understanding. This was all in the midst of our wedding so they were EXTREMELY patient which was wonderful. The only thing I have feedback on is the timing availability of claims adjusters. This is not necessarily directly Allstate's fault but if there was more flexibility for when claims adjusters could come (ie weekends or evenings) that would be wonderful to help for those of us who work longer hours throughout the week! That being said, still great service, great help with everything!

I've been with All State for a little over two years now, and I am very pleased to say that my experience with them has been phenomenal. I am very pleased with the service I've gotten; even with me having less than perfect credit, my policy is still very reasonable, and the staff here is awesome... They're always very considerate of my needs, respectful, and knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. I would recommend Jeffery Torrence of All State to anyone who's looking for a caring and considerate agent to take care of their insurance needs... So glad I did.
