I had to drop them because I was moving to another state. The new agency in the new state messed up my policy and it resulted in my policy with this agency remaining, while the new agency made a new policy for the same car. The Dziedzic agency took it upon themselves to contact the new agency and work it out with them. They even noticed that the new agency made my policy incorrectly and missed several discounts, and they said they would address that as well with the new agency. This shows they really care about the customer. They had no financial incentive to help me with my problems with the other agency but they did anyway.

Their policies are a little pricy and when you try to cancel them they make it impossible and ask for information they have no right to have in order to cancel policies.. I had to go to corporate to get my policy cancelled because they requested copies of my bill of sale and who I'm switching to for insurance.

DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE AGENT!!! I used them for my homeowners and auto insurance policies and recently sold the house, then needed to close the policy. The office lady, KAT IS AWFUL! She was extremely rude and difficult when I told her I needed to cancel my policies. I emailed the agent what was necessary and tried to call him. Kat was once again rude about my questions. They closed my policy incorrectly and now I received a notice from a credit collector! DO NOT USE THEM

I really appreciate an office that is in the community that it serves. I was able to facilitate my new services with this office quickly and comfortably. They offer services that align with my needs and were pleasant about me communicating if I did not want or need a service. This no-pressure environment makes me more likely to want to explore additional services with them in the future.
