Feedback:

John and his staff have been very helpful for 10 years. Allstate provides insurance for my car, home and excess personal coverage. The cost was cheaper than AAA and GEICO.The auto repair shops have been paid in a timely fashion and made the cars look there was never an accident.

Staff at the John Hawk agency are friendly and relatable. My husband and I randomly filled out an insurance quote for Allstate a little while after we got married as we had a hunch we were both paying more than we needed to on our individual policies. I’m so glad we did! I was able to speak to Susan who identified a few key errors I made in filling out my insurance quote. After our conversation we had auto, renter’s, and homeowner’s insurance for our condo as well as an umbrella policy and we were still paying far less than we did with our individual policies for better coverage. They also offer a personalized experience instead of constantly talking to a different stranger each time I call who may or may not be able to help which is what I was getting before. I cannot imagine why I’d ever need to go with another company after finding the John Hawk agency!

We began buying auto insurance from John Hawk in 1975 - 40 years ago. We were just discontinued with 2 months warning. I had a horrible auto accident in Manhattan in September when a 27-year old taxi driver drove into my car at full speed one block from the Lincoln Tunnel exit on Dyer Street South. The adjustor told me that in her experience, Allstate traditionally has a great deal to trouble getting the complete facts from the NYC Police department. BTW, the officer never spoke to me - only the taxi driver and then left. I had 3 passengers in my car all prepared to verify what actually happened. I received a letter last month from Allstate saying that they were pursuing all funds from the taxi company. Yesterday, I received a letter that Allstate would no longer insure me.Couldn't reach John Hawk by phone. The office says I should call Geico or Progressive.

John Hawk covers my home, cars, and business. John reviewed my previous policies and not only saved me money but also raised my coverage and lowered my deductibles. The Hawk Team work long hours and are very responsive. I couldn't be happier in dealing with them and I will always highly recommend them.
