We have been Allstate(John Standefer) customers for the past 13 years and were with at least 3 other insurance companies prior to that time. We have had bad experiences with the other companies we were with but have had nothing but great service from the Standefer Agency and Allstate. We feel like they care about us and not just getting our premium payment every month. We have had opportunities to move our business to other companies but we are so happy with Allstate that we don't want to move.
