I have been buying home owners and auto insurance in many states and for many years, In all this time Joyce Boyett is the best agent I have ever had, she and the entire crew really know and understand their customer and their needs. They go out of their way to make sure you get the most for your money. They are honest and are truly insurance experts.

Since the Boyett Agency is along my well traveled path to Asheville I stop in to pay my bill in person. I have received at all times s smile and courteous service from in particular Harold but also from the other employees on thefew occasions when Harold was not present.They have always done their best for me and now for my son, and cannot imagine going anywhere else for my insurance needs.

Joyce and her team have always been extremely helpful. I had an incident with a rental car company last year where they said there was damage done to the car while we rented it (there was no damage) and kept sending me letters saying I owed $926! I asked Joyce to step in and speak directly to Enterprise and she did so. Her communication with me was prompt and she told me not to do anything till she hears back... we never heard back. She was a trooper!
