We've had allstate for a few years now and have been happy....until now! We added a teenage boy to our policy and increased it over $250 a month. The insurance agent was contacted and left messages with no answer or call back. I felt like nothing would get done unless I was persistent. Oh and the following month our insurance raised another $20 and change from the previous month on auto pay! I never leave bad reviews but this was it and I feel like others should know about the poor customer service!

While driving on Ammon road and crossing the intersection on Ammon and Lincoln rd an Allstate White Chevy Traverse SUV thought he didn't need to pay attention to his yield sign on the right hand exit off of Lincoln onto Ammon Road. He tried to force his way in and he didn't have the room nor the right away. Of course he showed his anger and laid on the horn and tailgated me so bad I couldn't even see his head lights over the trunk. He preceded all the I way to 1st and Ammon where he followed me through the light and I can only assume he was trying to run me off the road by driving like a maniac on the shoulder of the road right next to me. I had not choice and had to call the police. They weren't quick enough. The road raging Allstate Driver pulled off on a side street. I filed a complete report on the vehicle. The officer mentioned this was not only out of line for a normal driver but an Allstate auto insurance vehicle??? Very poor behavior for someone who should be the good example. Not blow his top and drive like a child. My family was with me and they were terrified. Scary few minutes. I can only deduct they must be contributing to the higher rates you all have to pay for, based on this Allstate driver and his road rage issues. I don't know where the driver works but this agents profile got hit with the review.
