They do not tell you when they change your policy bill! Then when confronted they lie to you on why it happened! They claim our bill changed in march when we renewed but that's a lie! We have paid the bill every month and it has stayed the same until 6 months after march when the change occurred. Don't bother with a company that doesn't be honest with you!

My husband and I dropped by the office unannounced to inquire about insurance for a specialty vehicle. Amie and Keith dropped everything to review available products. They're product knowledge and attention to detail are impressive. It's nice to know there are still professionals like this.
