My agent, Melissa Seltz, was extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions, and I had a lot! Unlike a lot of other agents at other agencies, she didn't push really hard to try and sell me coverage for things I didn't need or want. She made helpful suggestions based on my situation and needs that I really did appreciate.
