I have auto and home with Linda Lang. Gave them a lot of business. I was treated like intruder by Linda. I guess you not supposed to ask questions you are being ripe off, drivers are added to raise your premium, coverage does not reflect changes, Linda or Sheryl will not have answers for you . I was under the impression that agent should overlook your policy without you checking on them all the time. I called for days and Linda had absolutely no idea about the issue. During the conversation appears that Linda HAS NO DESIRE TO HAVE ANY IDEA ABOUT MY POLICY. She would constantly interrupt me.She had no answers but being rude when I question false information she was giving . Than SHE SAID SHE HAS NO TIME FOR ME BECAUSE SHE BUSY. So if you want additional nightmare and be disrespected ,Linda Lang ALLSTATE Washingtonville is for you. PS.Linda is saying :" when you add a car to your policy 2 months before the end of 6 months period you will have to pay hole premium. Other words you have to pay 4 months of insurance for a car you did not owned.Is it that a case for Attorney general?
