CROOKED. Was denied coverage specifically and undeniably covered on my condo for burst pipe. Was denied without reasonable explanation and without an adjuster coming out. Also, it appears Allstate was double paid for homeowners premiums (billed me and were also paid by the mortgage company) and they kept the additional money without reimbursing...I now have to try to recover about 3 or more years worth of these payments.

Our family recently had a family member pass away. I was asked to assist with securing event insurance for a venue in Milford, DE. I live in New Castle County so I began a google search for someone to discuss this need with in the Milford area. Mr. Fevrin's information populated and I called his office. I was immediately met with compassion, professionalism and efficiency. He and I spoke maybe 4 times in a matter of an hour and the process for insurance was underway. I can't say enough about his effectiveness and expediency in helping my family to resolve a huge piece to the funeral planning process. I work in the customer service industry so I am aware of what GREAT customer service looks like and this is it!!! With all the other stressors with this process, coming in contact with Mr. Fevrin was a God-Send. Thank you for being there for US!
