If i could give 0 stars I would. I signed up for a policy with this agency quite some time ago. June of 2017 when I added a car and a driver, they decided to cancel my collision coverage on one of the other cars on my policy and not tell me. 6 months later I got into an accident and they will not admit that they made a mistake, after I told them I was going to pursue this further all of the sudden two of the other cars on my policy were now not eligible for coverage, even though they wrote the policy after asking for all the supporting details. Interestingly enough all of these issues were caused by the same individual. Would NEVER recommend them.
