If you want a weak, unresponsive agent, then choose Mary Toske. We dealt with a painful Allstate claim and she did not reach out to us after countless attempts. Poor customer service is an understatement.

I've been with Mary's agency for over 8 years now, when they gave me the best rate on new car and homeowners insurance. I've never looked back; Maria, who works for Mary, has gone above and beyond over the years to make sure my rates are the lowest possible and to answer any and all questions down to the smallest detail, always getting back to me quickly and keeping me updated on the status of my policies/claims. She is warm, friendly and personable, a real pleasure to do business with! Highly recommend!

Impossible to get any answers. Tried for a month to get a Hold of Mary but kept being told she is too busy or not there. Was told she would call back multiple times with no response

Honestly, I can't say a negative word about the people that work in this office. I haven't personally experienced any issues that have risen from the employees here. The company they work for us another story entirely, but none of that was due to anybody at the office.
