We appreciated the comprehensive customer service by Helen that we began consolidating all of our insurance policy needs with Allstate, most recently our homeowners coverage. In addition to Helen, I have found Caity Olsen to be of great assistance with the use of mobile technology to take better advantage of the customer tools available through Allstate. Without hesitation, we would highly recommend the Matt Elwood Allstate Insurance agency with particular positive comments about Helen and Caity.
