Maureen and jessi helped me with all my insurance needs,they communicated well with me to meet my needs and was competitive within the market.I also liked the fact that they followed up with me by phone afterwards to make sure if i had any questions or concerns.

When I called to ask kindly for removal of their advertising list, speaking to maureen harris, she was asking me several questions. Every time I tried to speak with her, she continued to interrupt me and would not let me ask my initial question. After 6 minutes, I asked again that I answered every one of her questions, but she would not let me ask my only first question. When I tried, she said that I was disrepsecting her and I have to let her talk repeating 6x "DO YOU UNDERSTAND?!!! DO YOU UNDERSTAND?!!!!!" over and over like a robot. My wife was standing behind me listening to me and thougth she was quite rude and insulting. Do NOT do business with her.
