Melaney is wonderful to work with. She does whatever she can to help people their insurance needs at an affordable price. My house insurance cost went down a lot for the exact same coverage. She also has a great network of people around town who can assist with just about anything. I'm so happy to be a part of her Allstate family.

Very thorough and helpful after having a bad experience with the Wilmington agent that failed to remove a vehicle and transfer my renter's policy from KY so I had 2 accounts. As well as failing to update my payment method on other policies after updating my motorcycle policy. Though I might have told them that I would do it myself, but I don't remember telling them that.Either way so far everything is seems smooth and seem less so I am happy.

Melaney has been our agent for more than two years and was recommended at a dealership the day we bought our car. I’d had a series of unfortunate experiences with car insurance agents who’s disorganized methods caused errors that inconvenienced me and cost me money, so I’d gotten really frustrated with the whole process. But Melaney is blissfully easy to insure with. She really makes things simple for the customer and there are no annoying hassles to have to deal with. She even checks in annually to see if there are any changes I may have forgotten to report or any ways to save me money. I’m really glad she was recommended to us!

I've been with Allstate for about 4 or 5 years now and Melaney has been my agent since before she even started her own agency. She has been excellent to work with and very informative and understanding. She always responds quickly with answers to questions or quotes, and she even helped me figure out my cheapest options when looking to buy a car a couple years ago. And again gave me multiple quotes to help me estimate the cost as I was looking for a truck here recently. I am very happy with the service I receive and definitely recommend her.

I was with them for almost a year and I had an accident coming off my record so my insurance was to be lowered and my insurance was raised 59$ A MONTH for no reason. 3 agents tried to figure it out and couldn't believe it. The only response I could get was sometimes these things go up...... yeah. 700 dollars a year for no reason? No thanks
