I would rate lower if I could but I cannot. Extremely displeased with this business. If your a Pokémon go player don’t do business or have them as your insurance. Their office in owasso absolutely hates Pokémon go players to the point they will use cameras and take pictures of people on PUbLIC property. Not using any of their business spaces and we are in and out in less then 30mins and they still harass players. Be warned if your a pogo player. This business HaTes the gaming community!

My office visit was a great experience. We reviewed all my policies, made a few changes and got some questions answered. I was very impressed with the customer service and how individuals worked as a team to help me out. As a side note, there had been a recent tornado that touched down near our home. Thankfully, we incurred no damage. However, I was extremely impressed that I got a phone call from Libby as she checked in on us to make sure all was well. Who does that any more? Our Allstate agent, that's who! Serving us for 25 years and counting.
