What a great office, everything was prompt and the sales people are not pushy. They mentioned their products and left the ball in my court. I came back to them a couple weeks later and got a quote on life and ended up getting the product. Anyone that needs life insurance and has questions needs to stop by this office.

DO NOT get insurance with this branch.They have to be the most crooked, incompetent group of idiots I have ever seen.I got auto and renters policy with them....firstly they convieniently did not include the renters insurance although I was paying for it. Then hiked my insurance by almost $80 after 2 payments because their personnel screwed up not putting the renters and said there was nothing else they could do. They always seemed confused, and devoid of knowledge about what to do.Worst car insurance experience.

Made some updates to my insurance coverage and Michael Farris office took charge. Ms Carolina De Leon, a true professional, walked me thru the changes and to my surprise, received a very good new quote. I'm truly in "good hands" will Allstate. Highly recommend this office.

He was polite and super professional his staff not so, I was super disappointed by them. They asked me to text my last card to them which I did and later someone from his office wasn’t paying attention and text me back the dirty laundry of their personal life. I was shocked to say the least. When I responded back they had the wrong number I got the shocked response that it was an accident. Everyone makes mistakes but I’m kinda like why weren’t they paying attention in the first place. They whole thing made me question was I sending my information to a company phone or to a personal phone and some employee was just wandering around with my personal information. I kept the policy mike was very professional. Plus he worked with me with my rate which is why I stayed but that incident just about made me switch. Be careful if they ask you to text your cards or any information, if I could go back I’d have sent it all via email to a company email.
