Mike Hild went above and beyond to help me with my insurance claim that had several discrepancies that I was trying to get worked out. He reached out to me from a post on social media because I was going to hire an attorney to fight my insurance company. Mike is not even my agent I never even received a call from my own Allstate agent (Fischer Agency) after the Memorial Day Tornado. There needs to be more agents like Mike who go above and beyond for their policy holders. If you want an agent that will make the company they work for stand behind what they are suppose to then choose Mike Hild he will not let you down. Thanks for everything Mike.
