I love the customer service that you all provide. There's plenty of insurance company's but having one that answer all of your questions and provide you with advice that saves you money and gives you better coverage is rare. I feel like I know Danielle and Jessica personally.

Hi Mike,I have received the worst service ever from your personnel. My issue is if you’re a customer service personnel you should be able to listen and be sympathetic. I am not even mad at my policy being canceled but by someone talking down to me. I was with my previous insurance company for a long time and didn't have to switch insurances and come to Allstate. I would have stayed with them, but Allstate made it seem so luring. Never was told that my policy could be canceled if inspection didn't pass. Here's a recommendation. Could you do the inspections FIRST. Then recommend for your customers to switch once all details are known. It's a huge inconvenience for me now to have to switch back to my previous insurance. To add insult, i don't know what i have to fix. I can't get the pictures. Just fix entire roof! That’s a big job and expensive job. Would have loved to know that upfront before i switched policies. I wouldn't have switched policies and it would have saved me the extra work with my mortgage company, insurance paper work, and all the phone calls. Not to mention the belittling conversations with your customer service rep. Seems like if my business is canceled so is their attitude towards me as a person. I guess they don't have to be nice to me anymore. Shame on your personnel for being so crooked and shady.Please inform customers that there is a possibility if inspections fail that policy can be cancelled. It’s good to know that and save us the hassles. Your customer service rep informed me that it’s something you wouldn’t do since if inspections failed and customer didn’t pass then you’re left with a bill from Inspection Company. “Why would you pay for that?”, she asked me. Unbelievable.. So I guess it’s easier to inconvenience me so you can save some extra money?Please train your staff in listening to customers and not cutting them off. Be sympathetic and apologetic and not condescending.I will never deal with AllState again. And am making sure friends and family are aware of this awful experienceReally hurtJackie
