Bad Experience. They are sweet folks until you need them. Huge difference in the people collecting your premium and the people that settles your claim. That big smile leaves them when you have a claim. All of a sudden they get amnesia on what they have told you. This guy complained about having to drive 20 miles to take pictures of a house I needed insurance on. Thought that was his job. It is so true that insurance is only as good as the folks you deal with.
