My husband and I had an unfortunate accident when we were on vacation. We had no idea what we needed to do. I contacted my agents Dawn Determan and Mike Firme. They told us that they will handle everything for us. We were so at ease with us being so far away from home. They DID handle everything. We wouldn't have know what to do. We were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. They also saved my husband and myself alot of money on our polices that we have with them.THANK YOU so much for your wonderful help. Joe and Jill

Our service with you guys started off awful, but you tried to make it right, though were quite unsuccessful at it and was only at the expense of not being able to pay my normal household bills on time because you withdrew over $1200 from my checking account at one time over a holiday weekend and left me to take care of the mess because it was "5 o'clock and you needed to leave the office". I was extraordinarily disappointed in your service after switching to another insurance company and finding out that i was being over charged by over $300 a month on the exact same auto insurance. I can't wait to see what this other guy is going to save us on homeowners insurance when September rolls around.
