Let me start by saying that I had been with another insurer that also has "state" in it's name for about 50 years. After meeting with Shannon Woods, I was thoroughly convinced that I had been with the wrong company. To say that Shannon knows her stuff is a gross understatement! I can't remember ever having someone who was genuinely concerned with my families insurance needs. She offered better coverages at a substantial savings. Needless to say, I recommend her to everyone that is looking for insurance.

After being years with Mike Glancy's Allstate office, I realize that they are always happy to take my money. And now when I have a small claim to report, I realize that they are complete incompetent buffoons. And after they realize that their mistakes will cost me money, all they have to say is 'I'm sorry" Stay clear of this office if you know whats good for you. God bless.
