I am starting to regret the switch from Geico. I have been with Allstate one year now. I don't normally need much but now that I need assistance it's been extremely difficult to get a follow up email or call. When I call the office no one answers. I have left voicemails before and there is never a return call. It's just getting frustrating at this point when you can't get in contact with your insurance agent.
