Lily, who works at this agency, was exceptional in the service she provided us. She took the time to follow-up with our questions and provided expert knowledge that agents through other agencies were unable to provide. You couldn't be in much better hands than Lily's, with the the high level of dedication and thoughtfulness she displays.

AVOID THESE CLOWNS, THEY WILL COST YOU MORE THAN MONEY! What is the point of an in-person insurance agent if not customer service?I cancelled a policy because I sold my vehicle and was told everything was done and finalized. Fast forward a few weeks and I'm sent to collections for THEIR mistake. I was never once told that I owed money when I cancelled the policy. Even then it wouldn't matter because I had autopay setup through THEIR system. They never sent any letter saying that I owed money, they just turned off autopay and sent me to collections for their ineptitude.

Unfortunately i have had to use my renters insurance at christmas. Can't say enough good things! They were so awesome! Had to stay in motel & made sure everything was taken care of. The hotel could have me a few days & they made plans for another place for me to go if i wanted. This company was the best!!!
