Not happy with Monty reed office staff. Had Allstate for 12 years filed a homeowner claim on storm damage on roof December 3rd storm. Roof was kindly tarred by a roofer without pay. Got first check on time. When roof was completed I called office several times and all I got was I call you back which never happened, even mr. Reed. And the roof was completed January 26th 2019. I called several times and got same answer. On Sunday March 3rd got a call from Allstate main office and I had check in my bank Monday morning. Needless, to say I changed to another agent. I would not waste my time or money.
