Nan is a very nice person and takes care of you very well I've known Nan and Ken Evans about 30 years now and have never had any complaints I've had about five claims on my house since then and they've always been taken care of fast and my home insurance never went up because of the claims if it did it wasn't much that I noticed I've never had any claims on my vehicles except for windshield damage and just paid the deductible and the problem was taken care of my son got his car totaled in a parking lot by a uninsured driver they made sure he got a almost brand new pickup truck to drive around for as long as I believe two weeks at least that I know of I haven't talked to my son about itbut I believe they gave him the money that the car was worth also of course my daughter has had a couple of claims with them and has never had any problems I was going to leave them to go to State Farm at one time to save a little bit of money but did not like the way State Farm treated me so I came back to Allstate and we'll never leave again I will be with Allstate for the rest of my life because I know I'm in good hands with Nan Evans
