I'm very pleased with Mr Taylor. He listens carefully and considers my needs and makes sure that I understand the product being offered and he always makes himself available.

I would not recommend utilizing Mr. Taylor for your insurance needs. I was given a quote for home owners insurance that was guaranteed to be cheaper than all competitors, which it was. However after closing, I received a notice from Allstate that my insurance would increase almost $300 for the year due to a discount that was removed by Mr. Taylor. Turns out, he added a car insurance policy onto my quote without my knowledge or approval to provide that cheaper quote and then removed after I went to closing. When i confronted him about it, he described it as an oversight on his part but said that I would have to pay the bill.
