Happy with Allstate - but do not like to see Allstate commercials on FOX news. I have been heeing and hawing about leaving due to your continued advertisement on the Russian propaganda station but really like your company and service and I have too many accounts to switch. I hope you will consider the political statement you make when you advertise on a FAKE news channel - The Don the Con/Putin Network. Regards, Anna

You have tremendous people working for you and that makes all the difference. They know me by name and when I call I am made to feel that I am the only person that matters at that time. They are friendly, helpful, and put up with my bi-polar personality :). I have and will continue to recommend anyone that asks about insurance to call you. I can't submit this without commenting on the wonderful boss/owner. I have never met another like Penny. Her glass is ALWAYS more than half full and she is willing to go the extra mile for her clients. 100% satisfied and have no reason to ever look elsewhere.

After my first claim, Allstate found that my original insurance policy was not transferred correctly. They advised that I needed to contact my Agent. It was a weekend and Penny still responded to my inquiry and helped get the ball rolling to get things corrected so that my claim could be satisfied. I am extremely pleased to have Penny as my agent, her ability to get back to me so quickly and get things moving helped me feel like I was an important customer.
