I have been with Mr. Strader's branch, since 2006. I always get a real person on the phone. They are very pleasant to work with and they always work hard to solve my problems. They sound happy to solve problems.Twice, I forgot a pay my insurance policy, and Mr. Strader called me, himself, to straighten it out.Good luck getting that service from other insurance companies.I can't say enough good things about Mr. Strader and his dedicated staff.
