I have been with Randy Philbrook for 25 years, there is a reason and it's not about price. Yes the old long forgotten customer service. the 1940's kind of I care about you and know your name and the names of all your family. He always gives his best and has never let me down, even on hard homeowner insurance problems,It doesn't get any better than this. Thanks Randy!
