Allstate has been amazing for my fiance and myself! However Ray has ruined our experience. Took him 3 tries to get our new address correct, took us calling him several times to get her wedding ring added to our insurance and the icing on the cake is the fact that we wanted rental coverage in case of an accident and sure enough we had one and there was no rental on our policy. I advise if you are going through this agency that you ask for Krista, she was a huge help when it came to getting our new vehicle and removing the one that had been wrecked.
