I would have given 5 stars but every year our insurance ( auto ) has gone up and our driving records continue to be excellent. The only response I get is : " Welcome to North Carolina. " There must be some way to either reduce or at least keep the cost the same. Also, whenever I ride in someone else's vehicle the drivewise app thinks it is me driving so if they speed or brake hard the app thinks it's me and I get dinged for it.

HAD $60 INCREASE W NO NOTIFICATION - WAS TOLD I HAD DOUBLE THE ACCIDENTS I CURRENTLY HAD ON FILE (VERIFIED THAT IT WAS INCORRECT ON HER PART). WAS VERY RUDE AND DID NOT CARE AT ALL THAT I WAS UPSET. CANT BELIEVE AFTER ALL THESE YEARS I WAS TREATED SO POORLY. GET SOME KNOWLEDGE BEFORE YOU SPEW OFF AT YOUR MOUTH! NEVER EVER AGAIN! BYE BYE ALLSTATE!!
