Since coming to AZ in 2013 and being an Allstate customer from Ohio, the TJ Green team was a perfect fit. We are always looking for a cheaper cost for insurance, and I have been tempted with other cheaper quotes, "Price is not King". I take into account the service I have versus the promise of cheaper price and potential of less service. I continue to stay with TJ Green...

Quick to charge my credit card for full 6 month policy, once it was paid numerous mistakes on policy & no one cared to follow up. Took 7 to 8 days before someone responded to my email. They said my premium went up $277 because my son got in an accident, but they were not able to provide me with proof of that, I called MVD & my son's driving record was clean. I took my business elsewhere. I only had them for 4 weeks & couldn't deal with their poor service at Surprise location in Sands!

Not a great experience. They get you in, but no one cares to follow up and explain the huge increase and inconsistent billing. I got better deal and better service with another carrier.

TJ Green is awesome.. However, I work with Chester Winter on his team.. Any time I have a question he is willing to give me the answer or find a great way to make things work... All of my clients are extremely happy after they speak to Chester and switch their insurances to have him as their contact.. Due to his work ethic and positive attitude I personally followed him to Allstate.. Chester makes a huge difference to my family and my clients. I will always recommend him!!
