Love the staff, they all treat us like family. They are so helpful any time I need them. Quick responses to any question or concern by phone or email. Have been with them for about 5 years and couldn’t be happier. We don’t even live locally anymore but use them still because they are so great!

I've been with this company for over 20 years, and I have one of the best policies they have to offer. only had 2 claims until recently we had hail damage to my roof and siding this summer. It's been jaw dropping how terrible they've handled this claim. The first adjuster they sent out said there was no damage at all, but my contractor was unable to be there. All of my neighbors had roof and siding damage but that didn't faze this adjuster. Then I had them send another adjuster out, and suddenly my damage appeared. Probably cause my contractor was able to make it this time. Then the new siding totally didn't match the undamaged side, and they told me they are not obligated to match the other siding, cause they will NOT cover extremely faded siding even if it looks completely different. And the bad area is not much more it's a small area and wouldn't cost much. They will do anything to save a buck. So let me ask you. Am I in good hands?

I have very good experience with Allstate Apple valley branch. staff is very friendly and helpful when ever I call. We are with them almost from 5 years and have insurance for our two houses and several different cars.

Did a little rate shopping after a current insurer gave us some sticker shock on the new home we are buying. Allstate was very competitive, and overall the service process was very nice. I can recommend giving this office a try.

I switched to Allstate after having trouble with another insurance company. I knew that Allstate had a good reputation. Recently I was in an accident and September really took care of me!! I have NEVER had anyone go to bat for me like she did! Over, above and beyond what I would expect even from a top tier insurance company like Allstate. You can go online and probably get discount insurance but take it from a guy that has experience-you will get discount service too! You get what you pay for. (I wouldn't wish that on anyone.) I can't say enough good things about her and the company she represents. They have me for life!

The Kruse Agency has been the best insurance agents I have ever used. September and Tim exemplify customer focus, they are generous with their time and knowledge making every effort to build lasting relationships with their customers and working tirelessly to meet their needs. Allstate as a company is very innovative offering coverage needs and technology improvements ahead of the rest of the industry, I would highly recommend the Kruse agency and Allstate to all my friends and family.I recently had a total loss claim for my vehicle, the Allstate agents both at the Kruse agency and claims department were professional and understanding of the situation and made every effort to minimize our inconvenience and deal seamlessly with the claim process. Afterward we utilized a car buying program by Allstate that is expected to save us money on repairs and possible deductibles in the near future.Amazing service, kind and generous people and a company you can trust.

September found insurance solutions when my agent of 24 years couldn't or wouldn't when I was selling my home. Great coverage and rates for my auto and property. When we moved out of state she went above an beyond to help me find another great Insurance Agent. I'd give her 10 stars if I could!!
